These are underpinned by the Code of Practice – Psychosocial Hazards in the Workplace and tailored to the unique needs of public sector and community service organisations. We’ve combined our Occupational Therapists’ expertise in understanding human behaviour. Our WHS Auditors’ knowledge of regulatory compliance to offer robust solutions that identify risks and facilitate tangible improvements in the workplace.

• Psychosocial Risk Assessments – we’ve developed a psychosocial risk assessment process. This aligns with the Code of Practice – Psychosocial Hazards in the Workplace. The process identifies the key psychosocial risk factors at your workplace. It then evaluates control implementation at strategic and operational levels. We aim to provide our clients with assurance about controls that are going well, and identify practical opportunities for improvement.
