Franklyn Work Safety is a leading provider of injury prevention and safety risk management services in Western Australia. Established in 2005 (as Franklyn OHS) our clients include private and public sector organisations such as the Department of Communities, Department of Education, Main Roads WA, Department of Finance (Commonwealth), Department Premier and Cabinet, the Department of Primary Industry and Regional Development,  and many independent schools. 

Franklyn Work Safety are also a contracted provider under the Department of Defence WHS Services Standing Offer Panel (open to all Commonwealth Agencies).

Recent Projects

Some recent projects we have lead and delivered include:

• A National review of Holding Cells in the Commonwealth Courts for the Commonwealth Department of Finance. The review involved the development of a Cell Standard that considered staff safety, disability access, prisoner welfare and security issues.  Franklyn Work Safety consultants then audited all of the Holding Cells around Australia.
• Review and amalgamation of the OSH Management System for the Department of Jobs Tourism Science and Innovation (formerly Tourism WA and Department of State Development).
• Review of violence/aggression management practices for the City of Albany – Ranger Services.
• Manual Task Risk Assessment for Bridge Inspection methods used by Main Roads WA.
• OSH Risk Register reviews for a number of independent schools.
